Funeral Transport
Edinburgh funeral transport needs to be calm, discreet and entirely reliable. I provide a black 7-seat Mercedes-Benz V-Class for families and mourners, so you can travel together to the church, crematorium and reception without having to think about driving or parking.
Edinburgh funeral transport: a dignified service
I understand this is a difficult time. When you call, I'll listen, take the details and handle the arrangements quietly. You only need to tell me the times and places; I'll plan the routes and arrive early.
The car is black, clean and understated, with seven leather seats — enough for close family to travel together.
Following the cortege
If the funeral director is providing a hearse and limousine, I can follow the cortege at a respectful distance with additional family members, keeping the group together. I'm happy to coordinate directly with the funeral director so you don't have to.
Crematoria and churches we serve
I regularly drive to Mortonhall, Warriston and Seafield crematoria, as well as churches and cemeteries across Edinburgh, the Lothians, Fife and the Borders.
One car, one driver
The person you book with is the person who drives you.
Family and guest transport
I can also collect relatives from Edinburgh Airport (EDI) or Waverley Station who are travelling for the funeral, take them to their hotel and bring them to the service. After the reception, I'll take people home or back to the airport.

I arrive early, help with luggage and drive you calmly there.
Booking is personal and straightforward. Send me the date, times, pickup and drop-off addresses and how many people are travelling — by phone, WhatsApp or the quote form. I'll reply with a fixed price, usually within the hour. Once you're happy, I confirm the booking in writing and message you the day before with the details. On the day, I arrive early in the Mercedes-Benz V-Class, help with luggage and drive you calmly to your destination. There are no meters, no booking fees and no surprises.
I'm a licensed chauffeur and PVG certified, the car is fully insured for hire, and all major cards are accepted. Because there is only one car and one driver, I can only take one booking at a time — so the earlier you get in touch, the better.
