Edinburgh corporate travel needs a driver you can rely on and a car that makes the right impression. I provide business chauffeur service in a black 7-seat Mercedes-Benz V-Class for executives, visiting clients and teams travelling together.
Corporate chauffeur accounts
Regular customers can book by phone, WhatsApp or email and receive a single invoice. You deal with one person who knows your preferences, your visitors and your usual routes.
Roadshows and conferences
For investor roadshows, site visits or conferences at the EICC, I can stay with your team for the day, moving between meetings and keeping to a tight schedule. The V-Class seats seven around a comfortable rear cabin — ideal for a quick briefing between appointments.
Airport runs for staff
Visiting colleagues and clients are met at Edinburgh Airport (EDI) with flight tracking and a name board, then taken to the office or hotel.

The person you book with is the person who drives you.
Invoicing
Fixed prices are agreed in advance and invoices can include purchase order numbers or cost centres. I'm a licensed chauffeur, PVG certified and fully insured.

On the day
I arrive early, help with luggage and drive you calmly there.
Booking is personal and straightforward. Send me the date, times, pickup and drop-off addresses and how many people are travelling — by phone, WhatsApp or the quote form. I'll reply with a fixed price, usually within the hour. Once you're happy, I confirm the booking in writing and message you the day before with the details. On the day, I arrive early in the Mercedes-Benz V-Class, help with luggage and drive you calmly to your destination. There are no meters, no booking fees and no surprises.
I'm a licensed chauffeur and PVG certified, the car is fully insured for hire, and all major cards are accepted. Because there is only one car and one driver, I can only take one booking at a time — so the earlier you get in touch, the better.
